Dog days of sun
Spring in New York has a way of playing with your mind. One hour it will be sunny and the next hour, it will be overcast. And then you find yourself on the Brooklyn Bridge hoping that the sun would come back out. Sometimes you just cannot get what you want with the weather! This week I actually made cookies in my kitchen, but they were devoured too fast before any pictures could be taken. Still, I have dessert on my mind, and today the haiku reflects that. Below the cut is a picture from the Brooklyn Bridge, and a really cool looking dog.
And for those of you who might read this right now on Sunday, there is a street fair in Brooklyn that runs on 5th Avenue from Sterling Place to 12th Street. It is usually a good time, except well, right now the sky is overcast. Weather in NY? Major FAIL!

lovely picture of the city. right now in California, it's already 92 degrees and it's barely 12pm. I'd give anything for a big cold downpour.
